There are two types often confused. The business card holder stores 20 to 25 cards of 85 × 55 mm and usually goes in the briefcase or on the desk. The wallet-type holder for bank cards follows the ISO format of 85.6 × 54 mm, holds 6 to 8 cards and almost always includes RFID blocking. What Can Be Customised

How It's Done
- Design and Preview: you send us the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF or AI) and, if you only have a PNG, we vectorise it. We return the custom card holder on screen, with the marking at actual size, and do not produce until you approve it.
- Production and Marking: we laser engrave aluminium and bamboo, blind emboss leather, and use pad printing on silicone. Production usually takes between two and three weeks from design approval; leather models or those with special finishes may take up to four.
- Delivery: to the office, event venue, or each person's home, across Europe. Each employee enters their address on the portal and you receive a single invoice, with a breakdown of benefits in kind if needed.

The minimum order is 25 units. Since we laser engrave each piece individually, there's no tooling cost: the price decreases significantly from 100 or 250 units onwards. This allows you to order 25 for the sales team without incurring a short-run surcharge.
How long does it take for an order of engraved cardholders to arrive?
From the moment you approve the preview, it typically takes two to three weeks for aluminium, bamboo, and faux leather. Leather cardholders or those with special finishes can take up to four weeks. If delivery is to each person's address, add a few more days for distribution.
What marking technique is used on a cardholder?
For aluminium and bamboo, we use laser engraving: it doesn't fade and leaves the logo in the material's own tone. For leather and faux leather, we use dry embossing, which indents the logo without adding ink; on faux leather, screen printing is also possible if the logo needs to be in colour. For silicone and plastic, we use pad printing or digital printing. The usual marking width is between 20 and 40 mm.
Can each employee's name be engraved alongside the logo?
Yes. Laser engraving is done individually, so we can add each person's name or initials alongside the logo without additional tooling costs. We just need the list and a decision on placement: the cleanest option is the logo on the lid and the name inside. On leather, dry embossing is also possible, though fine details are less legible.
