Frequently asked questions about corporate merchandise

Is there a minimum order?

Yes: 10 units per reference. The order as a whole must also come to at least €100 excluding VAT. This is the difference from classic promotional gifts, which start in the hundreds: we produce from 10 and deliver wherever needed, and prices improve with volume. Twenty-five welcome packs or a thousand kits for an event come from the same catalogue.

What are the lead times for personalised merchandise?

With the design approved, between one and three weeks depending on the item and branding technique; embroidered textiles and large runs take a bit longer. Welcome packs for an ongoing campaign are dispatched as each person joins.

What logo format do you need and what techniques do you use?

A vector file (SVG, PDF or AI); if you only have a PNG, we'll vectorise it. Embroidery for textiles, laser engraving for metal and wood, screen printing or digital transfer for runs and fabrics, vitrified printing on ceramics. We'll recommend the best technique based on the item, logo, and quantity.

Can we combine merchandise with gourmet products or the Christmas gift box?

Yes. It's quite common: one or two items with your logo as a fixed part of the box, and the rest is chosen by each person on the portal — whether it's for a welcome pack, an event, or the Christmas campaign.

How much does personalised corporate merchandise cost?

It depends on the item and the branding: a pen or a notebook costs a few euros per unit; an embroidered sweatshirt or a backpack, considerably more. We'll provide an indicative price per unit, with the logo applied, before you approve anything, and it decreases with volume.

What is the difference between corporate merchandise, promotional gifts, and promotional items?

They are terms from the same world with nuances. Promotional gifts and items are usually large, inexpensive runs for fairs or strangers. Corporate merchandise consists of items your company gives to its team and clients, where quality matters. Pekata focuses on the latter: few references, careful branding, and production starting from 10 units.
