How it works
- Design and preview: choose the format, colour, and content, send us your logo in vector format (SVG, PDF, or AI), and if you only have a PNG, we'll vectorise it. We'll return the personalised kit on screen, with the scaled marking, for your approval before production.
- Production and marking: we produce from 25 units. Screen printing and transfer for technical fabrics, pad printing or doming for rigid plastics, cut vinyl for wall cabinets. Once you approve the design, allow two to three weeks for small orders of standard formats, and three to five weeks for several hundred units or custom content.
- Delivery: to the office, event venue, or each person's home, across Europe. For individual delivery, each person provides their address on the Pekata portal, available in seven languages, so HR doesn't collect addresses. You receive a single invoice, with a breakdown of benefits in kind if needed.
When it makes sense and what to combine it with
The four best uses are: occupational health and safety campaigns, delivery to vehicle fleets and technical service teams, welcome packs for new hires, and gifts for clients in construction, fieldwork, or logistics. How long does it take for an order with our logo to arrive?
From the moment you approve the preview, it usually takes two to three weeks for standard formats and three to five weeks for several hundred units, custom content, or individual home delivery. In December and the weeks leading up to major trade fairs, it's advisable to allow extra time. We don't confirm a specific timeframe until the format and quantity are confirmed.
Which marking technique looks best on a kit?
