Customised Corporate Coffee with Your Brand on the Packaging

Coffee with your brand works as a corporate gift because it's fully consumed and repeated: the recipient sees the packaging every morning for several weeks. The branding isn't on the bean, it's on the bag label, the capsule box, or the single-serve sachet. You choose the format, origin, and grind, and we produce the exact quantity you need to deliver, starting from 25 units.

The Packaging is the Medium: What Really Gets Customised in Corporate Coffee

In textiles, the logo is embroidered on the garment; here, the medium is the packaging and the coffee is the content. This changes the conversation: first, you decide the format (250 g bag with valve, compatible capsule box, single-serve drip bag) and then the branding, which is almost always full-colour digital printing on an adhesive label, on the bag itself or on the box. The advantage over other corporate merchandising is that the packaging can hold much more information than embroidery: logo, tasting notes, origin, recommended grind, and a card with the campaign message.

Coffee has a limitation to keep in mind: it's a perishable product with a best-before date. A bean packaged in a doypack with a one-way degassing valve typically declares between 12 and 18 months; capsules, between 12 and 24. That's why it doesn't make sense to store hundreds of bags just in case: you produce the quantity you will deliver. We manufacture from 25 units, so you can make 40 bags for a team and repeat the next quarter with a different label.

What You Can Customise

  • The label or the bag: logo, corporate colour, blend name, origin, tasting notes, and best-before date, printed in full colour.
  • The capsule box or drip bag box, with printing on all sides and space for preparation instructions.
  • The coffee: variety (single-origin Arabica or blend with Robusta), roast level and grind for espresso, Italian, filter or whole bean.
  • The set: bag plus mug or cup, combinable with our customised bottles and mugs so the logo matches on both items.
  • The delivery and presentation: loose bag, inside one of our customised boxes for companies with band, label and card, or as part of a corporate welcome pack.

How It's Done

  • Design and preview: you choose the format, coffee, and grind, send us your logo in vector format (SVG, PDF, or AI; if you only have a PNG, we'll vectorise it) and we return the label or packaging mock-up on screen, with the best before date and mandatory information already in place. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
  • Production and branding: the labels or packaging are printed and the roasted coffee is packed for that order. Full-colour digital printing doesn't increase costs based on the number of colours, so a logo with gradients costs the same as a flat one. The usual timeframe is two to three weeks from artwork approval.
  • Delivery: to the office, event venue, or each person's home, across Europe. If it's to the home, each person enters their address on the Pekata portal, available in seven languages, so HR doesn't have to collect data. A single invoice, with a breakdown of benefits in kind if needed.

When it works and what it pairs with

The three most common uses are the welcome pack, trade show giveaway, and end-of-year gift. For a welcome, the 250g bag with a mug accompanies the first weeks of a new joiner: it makes about 30 filter cups, at 7-8g each. At trade shows, the loose drip bag or 100g bag is preferred, as the single-serve sachet weighs between 9 and 11g, fits in a pocket, and is prepared with just hot water, so the visitor uses it at home, seeing your brand again. For end-of-year, the 250g bag inside a box with a sleeve and card stays under 500g with packaging, compared to the several kilos of a gourmet hamper.

Being gourmet, it pairs well with edible products: customised chocolates and sweets in the same box, or a wider selection if the recipient is a client rather than an employee. And if you prefer each person to choose between coffee, tea, or something else instead of sending the same to everyone, the portal allows you to set up a closed catalogue per campaign: each person selects their format and address, and you receive a single invoice.

Frequently asked questions

How much does customised coffee for businesses cost?

A 250g bag with a customised label is around €6-12 per unit, the 100g bag between €3 and €6, and a box of 10 compatible capsules between €4 and €8. The most economical option is the loose drip bag, at €1 to €2 per sachet. These are indicative prices excluding VAT, with the logo already applied, and they decrease with volume.

What is the minimum order for coffee with my logo?

The minimum order is 25 units: we produce from 25 units, so you can order 30 bags for a small team. What changes with quantity is the unit price and technique: below a few hundred units, a sticker label is printed on a neutral bag, and for large runs, it's worth printing the entire bag.

How long does it take for a customised coffee order to arrive?

Typically, it takes two to three weeks from when you approve the preview, as the coffee is packed for that order. If the logo needs vectorising or the label redesigning, add a few days. For Christmas campaigns, it's advisable to finalise the artwork in October, when roasting and logistics are busier.

What branding technique is used if the logo can't go on the coffee?

The logo always goes on the packaging. The most common method is full-colour digital printing on an adhesive label stuck on the doypack bag, or direct printing on the capsule box and drip bag sachets. Digital printing doesn't increase costs based on the number of colours, so a logo with gradients or photos costs the same as a single-colour one.

Can you choose the type of coffee and grind?

Yes. You can choose between single-origin Arabica or blend, the roast level, and the grind: whole bean, espresso, Italian, or filter. If the recipient is unknown, whole bean and drip bag are the safest options, as they don't depend on having a specific machine at home.
